o Drafted a chapter on education & skilling for ‘Maharashtra State Policy & Action Plan for Gender Equality, 2022’.

o Worked closely with Principal Secretary of the Dept to improve curriculum & budget utilization across 36+ Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs). Led implementation of a program to enable Python and Typing skills to 25,000 students.
