Work Experience
The journey started as a cloud consultant at CSC company. Over 7 years in the same company, transitioned to a senior cloud consultant, working with various clients to understand their requirements, goals, and existing infrastructure, providing solutions and implementing cloud solutions tailored to client needs. This experience led to gaining hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, etc. Later, moved to Accenture for 2 years, leading internal Data insights projects to migrate data to a cloud data lake, which served as a source for the leadership’s dashboard. From there, moved to Thomson Reuters as an Associate Enterprise Architect, designing and managing cloud solutions, analysing cloud usage and performance, and making recommendations for cost and efficiency improvements. These 10 years of experience helped build a strong foundation for a cloud architect role, emphasising both technical skills and client-focused solutions.
Nature of Work
As a Cloud architect, responsible for designing and managing cloud computing solutions. The work typically involves Architecture Design – creating scalable and secure cloud infrastructure that meets business needs, overseeing the implementation of cloud services and applications, ensuring seamless integration between cloud services and existing systems, analysing and optimizing cloud costs for efficiency, continuously assessing performance and making improvements to cloud solutions, and working with development teams, stakeholders, and vendors to align cloud strategies with business goals. Overall, it’s a crucial role in leveraging cloud technology to enhance organizational capabilities.
