Primarily focuses on driving process excellence and new initiatives/programs across three key areas—Operations, 3P Compliance, and Product & Technology for business operations. Leads teams to optimize business processes, drive efficiency, and implement cost-saving initiatives. This involves driving operational and quality improvement programs for country-wide operations, liaising with cross-functional teams including Business (Sales), Safety, Product, and Tech to develop near-term and long-term solutions for business profitability and efficiency. Also responsible for strategic planning for cost of business waste reduction (bottom-line growth) and ensuring a customer-centric approach in all operations.
