Has worked in IT products and services across several organizations, including WIPRO, SDG, Infosys, Oracle, Vodafone Shared Services, and Vodafone Qatar. The primary experience lies in the telecom sector (with Uninor India, Vodafone NZ, Vodafone Ireland/Italy, and Qatar) and finance (with the State Bank of India and iPay Qatar). Has taken on various roles throughout the software lifecycle, from development in product companies to IT administration, development, design, and operations in service companies. Possesses significant experience managing international clients, vendors, and stakeholders, and has led teams of up to 15 members. Currently, is a mid to senior manager with both hands-on technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of telecom and finance.
Nature of Work
Responsible for all IT systems, applications, security, network and monitoring tools end-to-end service delivery to meet contracted service commitments (SLA, KPI), controls cost and improves productivity & efficiency through driving continuous service improvement. - Weekly/Monthly Service Management Trade and Governance with critical stakeholders - Enterprise. Architecture and Design review for telecom (Vodafone) and digital wallet(iPay) Ownership of Projects (Infra & Application) - testing strategy, operational readiness and deployment guide. - IT Disaster Recovery and Patch Management policy and processes reinforced with scheduled DR Drills and Backup Restoration Tests. - Accountable for IT Change Management, Incident Management, Escalations, CR, Patching, Asset and License management - Leads, motivates a multi-site team, developing and building a multi-skilled IT support capability by organizing and managing the Vendor Support & Services team.
