Nature of Work
Project coordination for OEMs that are transitioning into the EV space. The basic activities include -
1. Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets & resource allocation
2. Set milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress
3. Foster collaboration and communication within the team
4. Monitor team performance and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise
5. Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, OEMs, and the project team
6. Oversee project activities to ensure successful completion of deliverables
7. Adapt project plans when needed to accommodate changes in scope or unexpected issues
