Nature of Work
Through the years, the nature of work has evolved as the company has grown. A constant has been ‘sales,’ while the transition to a managerial role occurred in early 2023. Responsibilities include managing daily operations and assisting a team of high-performing peers to perform at their best. Given that the industry is still heavily service-driven, the team must remain customer-focused while maintaining ethical standards in every transaction. Due to the lack of manufacturing in India, all products are imported, requiring management of international purchasing and logistics. Additionally, with a strong digital presence, marketing is also a department overseen. Currently, efforts are being made to hand over managerial responsibilities in order to focus more on studies at IIM-A, while the rest of the responsibilities will remain unchanged.
