Seeking strategic work, a transition was made to ZS Associates, progressing from a team member to a leader managing 6-7 people. Robotic Process Automation was implemented to enhance workflows, and a shift was made to the Decision Analytics track after completing a Data Science course. Currently, the role involves working with Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson on a major contracting project, leading an offshore team and optimizing their bidding processes. Alongside the corporate career, entrepreneurship has been pursued through an insurance agency and a clothing venture in Gurgaon.

Work Experience
A Chemical Engineer from Thapar University, the career began with an offer from Samsung Engineering, which was revoked due to the oil recession. After short stints at Delhivery and Total Oil, a transition was made to ZS Associates in healthcare consulting. Starting as an Associate, skills in Excel, SQL, and RPA were built, eventually leading teams across multiple projects. A Data Science course facilitated a shift to a Decision Analytics role, where Gross-to-Net forecasting, sizing initiatives, and automation projects were managed. Currently, a 10-12 member offshore team is led, working with Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson to redesign contracting systems, enhance bidding strategies, and develop tracking dashboards. Alongside the consulting career, entrepreneurship was explored through a food channel, a clothing business, and involvement in an insurance agency. The journey reflects a passion for innovation, strategic problem-solving, and continuous learning across industries.
Nature of Work
At ZS Associates, the work focused on strategic decision-making and analytics within the pharmaceutical sector. The role began as an associate, quickly adapting to tools like Excel and SQL while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
