An overtly ambitious person with a keen interest in architecture and real estate, having grown up surrounded by these concepts. The idea of transforming a flat piece of land into an everlasting structure has always sparked curiosity. Alongside this, there is a deep fondness for art, with an admiration for the works of both Indian and international master artists. Having had the privilege of visiting numerous national forests and reserves during school trips, wildlife photography became another passion. Connecting with people and learning from their experiences is a continual source of insight. An avid reader, particularly drawn to the non-fiction genre, constantly seeking opportunities to learn, grow, and remain humbled.

Work Experience
The work experience can be described as a 360-degree insight into real estate. The career journey has always involved multiple aspects. While pursuing the Bachelor's programme, the focus was on marketing, followed by a transition into construction to gain a complete understanding of the product. Products are better marketed when there is comprehensive knowledge of the product. During the COVID-19 period, the decision was made to establish a business in the Facilities Management field, scaling it from 1 lakh sq. ft. to 45 lakh sq. ft. of management space in just 3 years. Realizing the future prospects of the field, the decision was made to exit the venture and start working at Anarock Property Consultants as a land broker. In the current role as Senior Associate of Land Transactions, involvement includes brokering the sale and purchase of land. The goal is to complete an MBA while working to fully leverage the entire real estate experience.
Nature of Work
The nature of the work can be simply described as that of a Land Broker. However, with the platform offered by the employer, Anarock Property Consultant, the approach is commendable, and the transaction parameters are highly expanded. The focus lies in areas such as estate disposition of HNIs and top business families, corporate disposition of land and land-related assets, and involving new project partners for already sanctioned developments. The role also has elements of capital markets, evident in deals where efforts are made to sell already ready and leased assets to PE funds like Blackstone and Lakeshore (for example, assisting Blackstone in acquiring malls for their Malls Retail REIT). The work can be described as varied and opportunistic, often involving interactions and catering to the owners or top management of respected houses, as land is a treasured asset directly controlled by the supreme leader of the organization.
