Nature of Work
Provide advisory services to address various problems and issues faced by construction, renewables, waste management and manufacturing sector clients as follows: Leading and managing various strategic initiative engagements such as process and operating model transformation, review of business processes, implementation of designed processes, cost efficiency solutions primarily in procurement and execution, project managing large capex/ non capex projects, setting up governance framework and internal audits. Running a fairly large consulting portfolio including - P & L management, business development, talent hiring and management ( managing close to 50 team members), achieving engagement economics targets are achieved while ensuring adherence to internal risk and governance processes.
