Nature of Work

Based on the decided configuration, a detailed development plan and work breakdown structure are prepared. As the project progresses, the role involves leading the product build, cost-benefit analysis, and competition benchmarking. Along with maintaining the configuration changes, it is necessary to calculate the impact of each change, prepare a mitigation strategy, and communicate it to all stakeholders. As multiple projects run simultaneously, there is also a focus on ensuring the horizontal deployment of learnings among the projects.
