  • After relocating to India Nidhi served as Delivery Director for a leading investment banking client of TCS managing a USD 20 million portfolio She led programs with targeted revenues of 250 million and cost optimization of 200 million YoY driving governance and managing a 200 member global team This role deepened her expertise in program delivery stakeholder engagement contract management and Clevel collaboration
