Currently working as a Field Service Representative with Boeing, bringing over 18 years of experience in the airline industry. Responsible for airline engineering service reliability and overall aircraft fleet health. Collaborates with customers to determine special needs and recommends the best technical solutions to maintain the aircraft fleet in optimal health. Expertise spans across aircraft maintenance, with experience in key divisions such as Quality, Line Maintenance, Major/Base Maintenance, Maintenance Control Center, and the Audit sections. Has been part of teams at Air India Express and Air India Engineering MRO, handling operations at both domestic and international stations for Boeing 737-800, 777-200/300, and 787-8 aircraft. Has been an excellent team lead in both domestic and abroad assignments. An active member of the Women in Aviation Association. Was covered by leading newspapers, such as The Hindu, for signing all-women crew flights in 2010.

Coming from an aviation and maintenance background, a license is obtained to certify aircraft for airworthiness, which is considered the primary degree or education. In addition, a Bachelor's Degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering serves as the main degree. Furthermore, a Bachelor's in Political Science has been pursued out of  interest.
