Handled field quality issues by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions, managed deliverables for multiple vehicle projects ensuring on-time completion, and coordinated cross-departmental approvals. Recognized with the LS202X Learning Award for creating the Steering Handbook. Now currently working on Next generation electric axles
