Implemented New Frame Production line for MM3 project (BS6) for new Scooter frame at a cost of ₹260 Mil. Ensured CAPEX and OPEX monitoring and control for three years during project implementation & control period. End to end Development of Vendor Press Dies and Welding Jigs for Frame, Handle, Fuel tank & Skin Panels.

Implemented New model frame model developments for Activa, Dio, Grazia (Dio 125) and Activa 125 models. Incharge for Inventory control and operation of Weld store. Responsible for Operation & Safety of Gas Bank (Argon & CO2 bullets, DA and O2 Manifold) including PESO licensing.
